The recorder is a woodwind instrument, which has a long history in Europe and it’s used from medieval times. The recorder was born in Italy in the 15th century and prevailed in every country of European from 16th to 18th century.The recorder was revived in the 20th century, partly in the pursuit of historically informed performance of early music, but also because of its suitability as a simple instrument for teaching music and its appeal to amateur players. Today, it is often thought of as a child’s instrument, but there are many professional players who demonstrate the instrument’s full solo range. The sound of the recorder is remarkably clear and sweet. Nowdays, there are many different kinds of recorders. According to the material, the recorder can be classified into wooden recorder and plastic recorder. For example, our product RE58 is soprano wooden recorder, this model is made of maple(see the picture).
In addition, there are five kinds of recorders based on different tone, and they are bass, tenor, alto, soprano and sopranino. Please see some our products by the form and some pictures as below.
